Purpose
A working policy forum, grounded in delivery.
The conference will examine what must be built—not simply announced—to make the shift from hospital to community credible, safe and measurable. It will bring together national policy with the realities of workforce, commissioning, clinical governance, digital coordination and public trust.
This is an expression-of-interest stage. The venue, speakers and final programme remain subject to confirmation.
